The online store Made in CIRE is operated by PUKKA’S WEBS DESIGN, SL depending on the agreement that exists with Made in CIRE.
The following conditions govern the sale of the products presented on this website by the company PUKKA’S WEBS DESIGN, SL, established in C / Alfons XII, 75 bajos 08006 Barcelona(Spain), registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona in T 30555, F 170, S 8, H B 174113 and with CIF B-61563417 (hereinafter, PUKKA’S), the client or user (hereinafter, the client or user) and the use of it. Whether browsing the online shop as the purchase of any products offered on it, suppose the user acceptance without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these general conditions of recruitment and employment. 1. Ownership of website content.

5. Purchase procedure.
5.1 Order
To order you can choose to buy as a registered user or, if desired, as a guest user, completing the electronic form at all times displayed in the store and following the instructions therein. Upon registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to cart, according to the indications listed on the screen, filling in for this purpose in the order form provided and validating it. The order form requesting personal data will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order from PUKKA’S and facilitate the implementation of new purchases in our store. Transporting items purchased will be made through a courier company and will be delivered on time detailed below according to the destination of delivery of the goods.

Freight rates include VAT
To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home etc.), you must successfully complete the corresponding form and also completion of box relative to the contact telephones.
These periods may be higher for a few weeks of the year, including the Christmas period. In any case PUKKA’S announce this casuistry forces the user with a clear, unambiguous message before the user process the payment order.
PUKKA’s responsibility is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions hindering normal traffic by land, sea or air, …).
In these cases, PUKKA’s delivery orders as soon as possible and the time limits specified above shall not apply.
6. Warranty.
The guarantee, essential for any exchange or refund, the delivery note you will receive with your order and / or e-mail, and is valid for two years.
7. Exchanges and returns.
If upon receipt of purchase are not satisfied / a, PUKKA’S allows for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of its receipt provided that the article has not been used or damaged. So PUKKA’S can not accept exchanges or returns of damaged or used or without their original packaging items. Upon receipt of the product in these conditions, we will refund the value of the order. Therefore, in order to process your return satisfactorily, we would appreciate that you send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. It is very important that you return the / the product / s of exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we can not accept your return.
Out can also return the product out to PUKKA’S if the product is faulty in origin or, where appropriate, when the product, our mistake, does not correspond to the subject of the order. In this case PUKKA’S process the collection, and the new delivery.
Return Process:
Return the package to PUKKA’S WEBS DESIGN, SL. , C/ Alfonso XII, 75 Bajos, (08006) Barcelona
Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and check that all the above conditions are met, PUKKA’S accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount (minus the shipping cost that we incurred to send the product) according to the method of payment, and if necessary, send the new product. If you make payment via credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card. If you are not going to pay by credit card, we will request an account number where to pay the amount.
You will receive the refund of the amount within a period of 30 days from receipt of the product in our warehouse refunded. Note that if you paid by credit card is likely that your bank will show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
Note that PUKKA’S not support shipments freight collect, and therefore shipping cost is borne by you, except in cases of defective products in origin or errors in the product under order, in which all costs they will be charged to PUKKA’S.

For settling any disputes arising from this contract or legal instrument, the parties may resort to the Consumer Arbitration Board of Catalonia, which is entrusted with the appointment of the arbitrator or arbitrators and the arbitration administration. If none of the above systems to be effective, both parties submit to the Courts of the city of Barcelona, waiving their own jurisdiction if different. In case of disputes with end consumers residing in Spain, the courts shall be those of the consumer’s address.
